Seeds containing patented properties can only be used for planting a single commercial crop and cannot be conserved or replanted. They recognize and agree to be bound by the conditions of the following documents in force at the time of planting of these seeds: (i) the agreement on the use of the technology and (ii) the product use guides for all technologies of these seeds, including the management of herbicide resistance (HRM), and the use requirements (www.corteva.us/Resources/trait-stewardship.html) mentioned in them.
